It is a scam
It is a scam. I went through all the steps and they charged my card. I was reached out to by a guy that said I never uploaded my ID…which I did. I had just moved here to Iowa so I didn’t have my new ID yet so they said I would have to wait to get my new ID. They said they would release the hold on my card. Except there was never a hold on my card, it was a charge. I reached out, they kept telling me to call my bank, and every time my bank told me the same thing, they never refunded the charge. So Essentially I went through the whole process and was even in the “waiting room” waiting for a doctor to answer the call. They charged me as well as put a hold on the card. The hood was released and the money was never refunded. I planned on continuing the process now that I have my ID but I don’t want to have to pay another $195 and risk this happening again. I am most upset that they keep referring me to my bank even after I have told them what my bank has told me. Be cautious using this site, they won’t even call me everything is through text or chat not on site.

Hi Mia - thank you for reaching out. We wanted to assure you that our service is 100% legitimate. Please be mindful that refunds take up to three business days, depending on your bank. If a refund has been issued on our end, it may be that your bank does not have this reflected yet, which is why they are referring you back to us. However, without your full name and/or email address, it's extremely hard for us to find you in our system. Please feel free to use the chat box on our website to get connected with us immediately. A customer service rep will be on hold to assist you and properly explain what your status is.
