Simple and easy process
The entire experience was good. Walked through steps in a very manageable interface. Uploading medical documents wasn't difficult. Had an issue with the tele-visit. Did phone interview. Dr was able to look at all my records and recommend me for approval. Went well. State was very easy to deal with as well.
