Was pretty simple to do
Was pretty simple to do, but after the video visit with the doc and paying for that and being approved I assumed I was done and ready to go and after sending several messages back and fourth I was informed that I have to pay more for the actual card. I think maybe being a little more clear instead of saying GET YOUR MEDICAL CARD FOR 100 WITH A PROMO CODE YOU ONLY PAY 75

The renewal process with Leafwell does…
The renewal process with Leafwell does not appear to easily sync with the renewal dates for the state of Pennsylvania. This causes confusion as to the actual renewal date and additional steps you need to take with the State.

Need caring card
Very good company I just wish they would send a card out instead of having to print off a peice of paper it don't look very legit.

I was on the waiting room- the dr…
I was on the waiting room- the dr pretended to look at my chart- never connected while I sat there- and exactly at 8pm he clicked that I didn't connect and I had to start all over. So he was clearly off at 8pm and didn't want to do anything else so he wasted my time for over 30 minutes while he did nothing. The female Dr I actually got cleared by was phenomenal. Dr Andrew something that didn't actually do his job makes me disgusted that he felt my time was expendable to his.

Not a bad option
Quickly received an appointment after paying but the video did not work when speaking to the Dr. and then the Dr. Incorrectly put in my social the first time. However, the customer service was friendly/helpful and the issue with corrected within 1 day and was able to finally legally register.

I am very disappointed in processing my certificate. The doctor did not face time me or I feel I did not get enough service for 99.00.
