Super easy
Super easy, very very affordable, 20-30 mins of my time, and got my card in a couple days. Think i spent about $90ish from beginning to end. That’s for the application, doctor visit, notarizing, and paying for the physical card itself

Quick Review of Services
Quick, easy, and understandable application process. Doctor visit was comfortable, efficient, and effective. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Managed to get my medical card without issue or delay. Would definitely recommend.
