To be patient and do one step at a time.
It was fairly easy once a person is into it. Downloading a picture was not so easy..yet I did it.

It started easy and finished great
It started easy and finished great. The middle wasn't so great. After my initial appointment there was no communication for a few weeks. I wasnlt sure what to do and placed like 6 calls. Fouind they don't answer. I emailed them and instantly got calls and tons of help. It was weapped up in a day and I had my temp medical pass taht same day. If it wasn't for the initial screw up 5 stars!!

Everything was fast and easy except for getting the code for the state to pay them for the card other than that was a great experience
