Budtenders
I think more budtenders are needed. Since marijuana become legal, the stores are crowded, not all the time though. There might be 5 stations, but only 2 budtenders helping the clients.
Response from LeafwellAug 5, 2023
Hi Gwen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for the four-star review! We appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. However, it seems there may be some confusion. Leafwell is a telehealth platform that provides medical cannabis card consultations online. We don't operate physical dispensaries or employ budtenders. Based on your review, it appears you may be providing feedback about a specific dispensary or retail store. If you have any feedback or need assistance related to our online consultation services, we would love to hear about it. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 800-660-9085. We're here to help in any way we can!

It was pretty fast and straightforward
It was pretty fast and straightforward. The doctor I spoke with on the phone was abrupt and rather rude, but I probably spoke to him for less than a minute so I wasn't too upset.

we reached out to a couple of places…
we reached out to a couple of places and these guys responded timely. All the others either never contacted us, or were very late to contact us back. Everyone at Leafwell was super nice and we were amazed at how quickly they got someone to the house for the install once we bought their system. I mean, they worked really late on a Saturday bc they added us to the schedule!!! Who does that in this day and age????? But I am only giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because due to the set up of the system itself. They did a great job getting it up and running, and its working beautifully! But the configurement of the pipes from the system to connect it with our exisiting pipes is a little on the 'hoakie' side. We think it could have been configured a little differently and would have looked better. But the technician was a young guy who maybe hasnt been with the company long and will learn those things as he gets more experienced and better at what he does. Again, if i could give a 4 and a half star, i would do that. Prolly should just go with a 5 star as its as close as it can get to 5 star without being 5 star. Highly recommend Leaf Well.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience with Leafwell, Karla! We're glad to hear that you found our process for obtaining a medical marijuana card to be quick and efficient. We understand your concerns about the dispensary prices.
