Fast and accurate!
In and out in less than 3 minutes. My only complaint is the pricing. I was just in Mississippi with a friend. There are many dispensaries in several towns. The prices there are significantly lower. I do find the quality hit and miss in Louisiana products. However, I'm very happy to have MMJ available.

First Ever Appointment
Was easy to schedule and able to get an appointment but I gave 4 stars because I found the check in process unclear. I expected a video call would begin at the time of the appointment when following the link I was sent, like my other telehealth appointments. Instead, I was then directed to enter another waiting room, had to wait for about 15 minutes past my appointment, and I got a phone call. Just a bit muddled, in my opinion so the directions/expectations should be clearer. The doctor was nice enough, albeit long-winded (my appointment lasted almost an hour and could have wrapped way sooner if she wasn’t as preachy). She did move quick on sending my paperwork to the state which I appreciated. Would use Leafly again but would probably select a different doctor.

I found that the whole process was very fast at least to me it was fast. I have been out on a limb about trying the medical cannabis but I am so thankful to all the sti I came into contact with was very helpful and made me feel comfortable by giving me all the information as well as help me walk through of the application. s the staff stayed professional but yet very helpful with the whole process I would recommend your company to anybody who's in severe pain like me.

I wasn't notified of the changes in the certificate and I can't access the full page just could see a little card This was my 4th time and the dr part was easy would have liked to been informed of the changes and how to access the approval letter
