Overall great experience and quality
Every one was very professional and efficient. I am pleased with the ease and quality of the experience except for one thing. Bring one of the 10% of people who don't have Internet access at home, it always gets difficult to be logged in while waiting in the que for the doctor's interview. I am waiting for a phone call and get nothing, so I have to go elsewhere to even get a cell signal. But that is my problem.

Is very easy to get a appointment
My experience was fine but it’s important have a good platform for good communication, for example zoom or other. The link that you provided is not very good.

Didn’t think it was honest.
I did not appreciate ( it was not fair) that we came a long way and you were holding back the better because of your opening day. We were there 2 days before the crowds, even though we had our cards. Other than that your place was fantastic. Thank you

28 days... finally approved
It took nearly the entire 30 days, but I appreciate Leafwell's diligence and communication. Minnesota should hire a few more processors.

Still waiting on card been about 2-3 wks. Experience was painless except for the $$ Also was a little vague at times, please be more direct. Lets make it Federal !!

Hi Bojak! Thank you for leaving the feedback so that we can assist. In your state, a few hours after the application is completed, you should be able to access your provisional letter. The provisional letter can be used as a temporary card until the card is received. I apologize for any confusion. Leafwell application process
The Leafwell representative processed the application and then sent the case to the State for further review. The matter was handled in timely manner. Very good job and big thanks for the help.
