scammers
scammers! they took all my information, and then at the end, after capturing all my personal medical information they support claims they cant do Mississippi, in which case they are in violation of the HIPAA law. AND are operating a deceptive practice. SO now where is all my medical info?!?? AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS! AND YES! I gave them my address and state in ADVANCE!~ I guess I will need to report them to the feds for HIPAA violations.

Did not recertify after my appointment
I've been a medical patient for 6 years. This is my first time using Leafwell to renew my certification, and this is the first time it has been delayed. My appointment was 3 weeks before my recertification date and you all missed it.

We are just the certifying provider's office and we only see patients through telemedicine so we do not have any in-person locations. We are also unable to control the dispensary's ID procedures. Awful
Awful. So confusing. Paid and got approved, my renewal only lasts 3 months? I never got my new card and am getting emails to renew already? This system needs to be improved greatly.

You send me like 10 emails to make a appointment to renew my card I make the appointment then the doctor tell me is to early but still took my money
