Hi Glenn! I apologize for any confusion and inconvenience caused. Texas doesn't issue medical cards to patients, rather they have providers upload the patient's certification to the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT). Law enforcement, dispensaries, and providers can all access the system to see patients approved for medical cannabis. I see that our Escalation Specialist has been in contact with you to discuss this and to try to assist. Hi Carlos! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. In Texas, the certification is uploaded directly to the state's database so that patients can make purchases at state-approved dispensing organizations. The state-approved dispensing organizations should be able to locate you with your photo ID and the last five digits of your social security number. As we are the certifying provider's office, we aren't able to set the dispensary's pricing. I apologize for any frustration or confusion caused. Hi Jerrett! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback so that we can assist. I see the provider's certification confirmation number showing the certification was uploaded to the state. Once the annual fee of $50 (if applicable) has been submitted, the state mails the card to you. I apologize that it has not been received. Hi Andrew! I apologize for the frustration and any confusion caused. The patient self-evaluation is a requirement from the state, after approval and before patients can pick up orders from the dispensary so the pharmacist knows how best to assist. We are unable to change this requirement, as it is set by the state and we are just the certifying provider's office. Since the provider completed the consultation and services have been rendered, we would be unable to issue a refund.
