After being approved by the certifying provider, patients have to apply to the state, which does require a $150 fee to have the 2-year card issued. There are options to have the state fee reduced if you qualify. The state application also has to be submitted within 90 days of the approval date on the certification. Hello TL. Texas has a low THC program, which does not allow any smokable medication. This information is also in several places on our website, which can be viewed before registration. As the certifying provider's office, we are unable to control what products are allowed by the state or what is sold in the medical dispensaries. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Please speak with the pharmacist at either the Texas Original or Good Blends dispensary you choose to ask if there are other options that they can suggest other than gummies.
