The work done in my bathroom was completed in a timely manner and the clean up was satisfactory. The worker was very efficient and respectful. They were given one panel that was incorrect so they lost @2 hrs of time to go and pickup the correct piece. They did return and worked until the job was completed. A very long day. Initially the job was to begin on a Friday but due to circumstances outside their control it was postponed until Saturday. They arrived early on Saturday and worked a full day. The tub was difficult to remove. They needed one more day. I asked they return on Monday (not Sunday) and they did and put in a full day. So it was technically complete in 2 days. The work order was missing one item and when this was brought to their attention the office said they would correct it for an added cost. I passed on it and resolved the issue myself. That worked out well. Also I had a window treatment included and the current window sill was to be preserved but this was missing in the work order so it was not. Otherwise all went well.

Clean up was not the best

What a relief for my knee problem. Since my husband is very ill, I sleep downstairs and must climb 14 steps to the main floor each morning. As I am 80 years old, my knees were taking a beating. I understand the stair lift will not heal my knees however they willl now save them from getting worse. What a blessing! Great service! My only regret is that it would be so wonderful if the company would tell the customer to check with their insurance company before purchasing as that would have saved us thousands.

The work was completed within one day as promised. However, when cleaning up the white sawdust from cutting the plastic panels and small scraps of demolished material, the technicians borrowed my leaf blower and blew the white shavings and scraps into my front lawn. The small debris was quite obvious for several days, but has since disappeared somewhat by rainfall. Only a few of the larger pieces remain.

The installation by the four Mexicans was excellent and very professional in quality. However, my mother still has some safety concerns and no one has returned to address them.

Friendliness and professional attitude of workers excellent. They picked up after themselves and cleaned the basement and upstairs area in a timely manner. It seems like the bathtub faucet is not the same as the brushed nickel in the other equipment and water runs off to the side. Spreading of the chalking is poorly done in many areas. Sink faucet which ran before install no longer runs. Matt offered to fix our sink but we do not know the time or the date. The gentlemen were so understanding but could not fix the problems. Retrain rather than dismiss because they tried but failed. Please send someone to fix the problems left by your workers.
