The only complaint is the price $$$$. We were in a time sensitive situation and needed a quick solution. The worker was quick, efficient and neat. The product is fine but definitely not worth the amount we paid. A pro, lifetime warranty. I hope I’ll never have to test.

Had an appointment to install on Aug 7. Installers no showed. We were not informed. They came 2 weeks later. Salesman said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 days. On day 2 installers came 3 hours later than they said. Again, not informed. 1 1/2 weeks later, the install was complete. We left the next day for vacation. We just got home this week. So we have not had a chance to use it!

I was promised a safe walk in shower. my shower was slippery and I feared falling. upon completion of my first shower I found the water leaked down into my kitchen damaging the ceiling. it took many phone calls to get someone to come out. due to it being the weekend. needless to say safety home solutions did repair all damages. it was the inconvenience that was so disturbing.

Overall the bathroom looks awesome from far away, but as you get closer and see the details, the finish detail are seem to not have been completed. Example, the edge/end cap of the side walls/edges was left with an an uncapped finish. It looks like a red line was used to mark and then cut the entire 8 foot (estimate) piece and it does not come off. The floor/base piece has some stains. Looks like some glue product fell and was not cleaned up. I was told that the product would grow to the edge, but it was left about 2 inches from edge which made the installation of the frameless door more challenging. I am also a bit concerned as the back wall pieces and the floor piece had a large gap and lots of caulking was used to get the pieces to join. It separated within 24 hours of the install and they had to come back out. I still need to find a solution for dealing with the unfinished look of the edge walls.

The shower floor was very slippery. Not what i expected. I got ahold of a gentleman named Ray. This started pre weekend and as of sunday evening nothing from Ray. Had it not been for Ray's lack of response I would be writing a different narrative. I'm glad he doesn't work for me.

The botched up tile job was hideous!! Around the entrance to shower stall!

Be honest up front. Tell the buyer about the entire line you're offering. We didn't know a heated seat was an option. We could have adjusted something else to allow for the heated seat. We feel we were slightly pressured to make a decision based on what we told him we could afford. A more detailed explanation of the tub would have been helpful. Example: The pros and cons of the door; swing in or swing out. We were asked; do we want the door to swing in or out? Even if you had a warehouse where the customer can "try it on" would be helpful. They can feel which tub is best for them.
