Both the wife and I feel like we were treated like old people and not listened to as far as what we wanted. What we got was not what we wanted. We did not want anything sticking out from the wall. We wanted a pedestal type stool coming up from the floor and to be strong enough to hold 400 to 500 lbs. The installation was to be done in two days starting on Saturday (4 Dec). It took until the 9th of Dec to finish. The install guys were to come back on 7 Dec to finish but they went to another job (they didn't call). I had to call them. They showed up on the 9th of Dec (8 to 10). They also left some caulking material. They didn't clean up after they said they were done. Over all just not happy. We will not be recommending this company to any of our friends.

Had to have it done twice and still not good work. Not happy with results.

Installation started on time and everyone was very nice. Second day came the issues. FIRST: I didn't want the shower head and handles and spout but wanted them to hang a rain shower panel instead. I purchased it and it was ready to be installed. They knew about it a week prior to starting the install. The second day they decided they couldn't do it. The installer didn't know anything about it and refused to touch it The project manager called me to say they wouldn't hang it I needed to hire a plumber to put 2 screws in the wall, connect 2 water lines and hang it. SECOND: When the job was done except for my shower panel I looked at it and asked what he was going to do about the torn ceiling. All around the shower the ceiling had been ripped. Installer said that was my responsibility to fix. It happens when he takes out the old tile but the company isn't responsible for it. I could hire someone fix it or he could come back and fix it for a reasonable price. THIRD: I had broken floor tile between the new shower floor and my door. The installer said "yeah that happened when I took out the old tub. You need to get someone to fix that I don't have anything to fix itand I don't know where you're going to find tile to match it. I can give you a good price and redo your whole floor for about $2000." FOURTH: The waterline shutoffs are not where he said they were but buried 10 inches down in the wall. We can't reach them to turn the water lines on. Their solution is I should just cut a hole on the wall to access them. I asked if I break the wall panel doing that who pays to replace it? Their answer is I do because I broke it. We are now 2 weeks later. They came out and put a panel on the ceiling to cover their tears but that's all. The project manager STILL hasn't bothered to come and see the job his guy did. Said he'll be here next Friday. They all just call and give me lip service. But I get calls twice a week, wanting to get paid. I still can't use the shower and won't be able to do so for at least another 2 weeks. My advice at this point...look to some other company for your needs. Their not a quality company. I paid $9000. for this!!! And now I'm going to be a month without being able to use my shower for their "one day install". Definitely NOT WORTH IT.

One of the chairs on the stairlift doesn't work right..we were told to sit in it a certain way so it wouldn't breakdown and cause a service ticket to be generated..

I did not get the wrap around stairlift I was originally sold, because the man that came out to do the measurements said it wouldn't fit. Even though I was reassured that it would multiple times by the sales rep. When they installed two separate stairlifts the top lift stopped even with where the lift they told me wouldn't fit would've. I called them on it and they blamed the installer saying the rail was as long as it should have been and had him come out and lengthen it. Don't get me started on how bad a job the installer originally did. They where cheaper than anyone else, so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is about Leaf Home Safety Solutions. I order a walk in shower from them in August 2021. I took 3 days off from work for installation.The installation started on Monday 12/13/2021.After the installer left on the third day I notice that the back grab bar was angle wrong. The soap rack was put on the wall behind where the wrong bench will have to go so therefore I can't lend backward. Also the wrong shower head was install but was change to the correct one a week & half later. They gave me 3 extra corner shelf. The tub that was remove in order to install the walk in shower was left in 2 pieces in my driveway for 3 week. That's the day he also batch the wall that he cut when removing the tub to begin with. I hope other customers have better experiment than I did.
