all of the representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. We were told a day maybe two for the shower redo. One guy showed up, started the job and messed up his back. Then he had personal obligations and the install took 4 days. He did a good job but we felt we were held hostage in our home waiting for the work to be finished. Hours spent working would equal about a day but spread out over four.

I disliked the first installation job. The first crew did a very sloppy job and It took me 3 days going back and forth with the project manager to help get it solved. Did second set of installers were professional and did an amazing job.

The company took to long to start my bathroom job I waited on a bathtub for 4 months. Their was no communication, too many people that didn't know what was going on. No direct contact for information. The company was to confusing and always apologizing. It was a very unprofessional experience. But the installer was excellent I love his work. He communicated well and was funny as well as professional. He is the only think that saved this unorganized, unprofessional Company. Also October the 6 might not be the exact day but it's close. Good Day.

Quality of material

Installer used a sledgehammer on the wall and in the process put holes in the bedroom wall on the other side of wall he was hammering. I asked what would be done to the wall. He said he would plaster the holes. He plastered the holes but when dry they were not flush with the wall. I had to replaster. And have to repaint the wall. I thought with the amount I paid the company could at least paint the wall.

This hasn’t been the best experience but expected because I’m a single woman. Started in early June 2022 and just competed end of September. The sales person was excellent even though the company didn’t fulfill what I was told would be done. However management is quick to collect your deposit but then timelines definitely were pushed further then promised. The work wasn’t competed in two days as told more like a week and a half. Then had other issues arised like no water in the bathroom sink faucet, the toilet leaked an electrical not hooked up correctly once they completed the shower install. They did correct those additional issues after I stopped payment on the balance. Also make sure a building permit is pulled then you won’t have these issues. They didn’t on my project even though I was told they would but no inspection took place and when I questioned them was told oh no permit is required for replacement. Not true. Shop your options do your homework with any company and make sure your getting what your paying for not excuses.

The Salesman was Vey nice, but very uneducated about the products - we still made it fun and I even told him that this would be his easiest sale because I wanted it done and I paid cash - the installers were very friendly - but we had a Few issues on showing up on time - and on the initial date to install - they ran almost a day late - the GM was nice - but there was No follow up on my text messages sent to him about the crew running late - had it even been a week later would have been better than no call at all. Over All, the shower and the work that was done is nice and could possibly be back to do the second shower in my home. we will see, Thanks
