What I experienced wasn’t what the sales person sold me. Leaf Home, uses outside contractors, which I was told wasn’t going to be the case. The job was started, without the necessary materials and I had to wait 2 weeks before, they were able to get what was ordered. The first installer wasn’t aware of any of the specifications that I wanted, he completely botched the job, and then asked me, if I had so many questions about what he was doing, why didn’t I do it myself. The job took a month to complete, after Brad and Gregg came out to see how they could make things right. This was greatly appreciated and the work was completed outstandingly by second installer Eddie.

They came out 5 times never fixed problem last time Jerry came out was very argumentative and said didnt know where it was coming from and couldn't fix it so still not fixed called BBB on them

There is a leak I reported it still have not on 07/26 and it’s 07/27. @5:30pm no call back. Also there is a scratch in the fixture. The sales man is very pushy and did not make something’s clear. If had to do it again I would pass the shower is way over priced. I was charged $1,000 for a shower door and that’s with a discount. I priced the door and it was listed for $550. Buyer beware.

The job did not look professional done. To many incomplete areas. Staff was very nice but the craftsmanship is not good. A lot of misleading at the beginning. When the sales person came to your house they make you believe that you’re getting a professional job and that the work is going to be done by the company employee and not by subcontractors. if I would’ve known I was getting a subcontractor I would have made another choice and hired another company. Now I feel like I’m stuck with something that is not up to par and I’ve paid too much money for the shower for it to look like this. I will never hire this company again. It was really bad when the person came in to see the non-professional job he said I was just to detail. What this company can do better is to be honest and upfront with people and let them know that the pictures they are showing homeowners It’s not what you will get. The will bathroom will not look like that and that they use subcontractors and they do not have employees that works for the company.

Install did not go well. Plumbing in drain is not centered even through it was all new plumbing. Water sits around drain. The shower rod hung too low, shower curtain lays in water. Dings in wall need repaired.

I wanted a new tub because my tub was too tall for me to get in and out of safely this tub sets 2 in taller trim pieces are wrong they weren't cut correctly I have water that pulls on the front and the back of the tub which run out into the floor I have water that pulls in the window seal which runs back against the window and stays pulled up there I had to pay extra to move the water lines because the place where my bathroom sink was at the bathroom sink no longer fits so I was left without a bathroom sink we had discussed moving one wall to fit and bigger door the wall was not built the door was not installed therefore I have a bathroom with no door and for the cost of what it I'm paying for this I just felt like I should have been left in a hell of a lot better place

I would not recommend Leaf Guard Safety Solutions to anyone. Leaf Guard tells you things and does not do what they say that they are going to do. They said that they were going to install a shower head against the wall. They installed it on a sliding bar. They said that they were going to put a shelf in. They did not put a shelf in. They said that we had a big mold problem. Once they started working there was no big mold problem. The shower leaks down the seam and onto the floor. We have to put towels on the floor and around the faucet. They recommended a bigger water heater. They did not say the water heater that we had would not work. We are only able to fill the bath tub two thirds full before we run out of hot water. Leaf guard solutions does not complete the job the way they said they would. The shower nozzle has broke twice within the first two months. They also exaggerate their claims.
