Have only had the stair machine a couple weeks, seems to be working very well. We had a miscommunication between the sales person and us as to how the unit would be installed, and who would be doing the installation. I could not get a call through to the sales person when the installer came, so I called Leaf in Denver and D J offered a solution to my problem that was acceptable to us. He made a promise, and kept it and we really appreciate that.

Our sales rep was prompt and helpful. Installation went smoothly.

The installer was amazing. Our new shower is gorgeous. Our only complaint is that the sales rep told us we could have a low corner shelf on which I could rest my foot to shave my legs. The installer said that we could not. I have a small teak footrest that works; however, it was a bit disappointing.

Somewhat hard sell. Final price was fair. Quick install. Lift is a little noisy. May need service.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions Bathtub Replacement. In late November 2022, we contracted with Leaf Safety Solutions to remove our old bathtub and replace it with a walk-in shower. They did an outstanding job. Employee Tracy helped us create the perfect design . Her insight and knowledge of bathroom design were right on point. The installer , David, is truly a professional installer. He did so well that my family suggest he be recommended for a company bonus. That’s how good he is. The manager, Chris, deserves a lot of credit for his personal involvement in making sure that my family was totally satisfied. We highly recommend Leaf for renovating bathrooms. We look forward to using Leaf Safety Solutions again in the future.

We are extremely pleased with our Leaf shower install. The safety bars, fold-down seat, the corner shelves, shower spray wand, glass sliding doors, slip-proof flooring, attractive mold resistant walls and ceiling are high quality and low maintenance, not to mention very attractive. Would have given 5 stars if job had been done in a more timely fashion.

The contact personnel and site inspector did a very good job keeping in touch and making sure removal of old tub and installation of new new shower went well. Only 2 problems; the crew installing the drywall missed a section to put in. They came back within 2 days and did that. But the drain for the shower had a leak, which we discovered shortly after the crew left. This, unfortunately, was on a Friday after 5pm. The crew didn't return till Monday, but fixed the leak promptly by that afternoon. We'd recommend Leaf Home Safety Salutations, but keep communication open with your contact people and crew, and ask any questions you have about when to use shower and checking plumbing after installation is complete.

Install of chairlifts went smooth. However, Electrical subcontractor punched a hole in the wall which was not repaired.
