Unit was defective, I had to wait another week to get a unit that supposedly was in good shape. It worked fine for the first couple of days then I started having some problems. I called the corporate number and they said they would send someone to fix it that was a couple of days ago. I'm still waiting.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Leaf Home Solutions. I initially paid a substantial $3,000 deposit for a bathroom shower remodel, expecting a level of professionalism and communication that would match the size of the investment. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their eagerness to accept my deposit, Leaf Home Solutions failed miserably in delivering on their promises. After I had taken three days off from work to be present for the bathroom remodel, I was left in the dark. No one bothered to contact me to confirm the appointment, provide any updates, or even notify me if there was a change in plans. I've made six phone calls and sent multiple emails in an attempt to cancel the work order, each time receiving nothing but the runaround. I've been repeatedly told that "someone from operations will contact me," but that promise has yet to be fulfilled. This clear breakdown in communication is utterly unacceptable. The quickness with which Leaf Home Solutions took my hard-earned money and the total lack of results or follow-through is inexcusable. I am beyond frustrated and angry with the actions (or lack thereof) of this company. It's evident that they prioritize taking customers' money over providing the services they promised. My experience with Leaf Home Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them.

The demolition of bathroom and placing of new shower was great! Joshua did an excellent job; however, the wooden shower seat could not be installed because of laundry chute. I have called Customer Service 5 times and no one returns call as promised Follow up service at Leaf Home really stinks. They get your money but do not make sale correct. Product and installation is great, follow up not so good - it has been months now with no results. It is truly a shame that I can only give them 1 star because product is good but they really need to get their act together with customer service.

The plumber who came and repaired my drain line found a leak coming from the bottom of the floor under the walk in tub that was just installed. I called to get a serviceman from your company to repair our tub and I also called the salesman and the construction manager and still haven't received a call back to schedule the repair. This is not good customer service.

Nothing is wrong. We are very happy with our new lift. Installer did an excellent job.

you need to have installers that check the instalation of product before they leave their work. you also need to have people that can be contacted if there is a leak on a pipe that had to be caused by the installers.Lukas is a very nice man but promised to replace a defective spay on my shower head but still has not.Tom who did the sales presentation misrepsented the product

Don't return your call as they said .Ceiling is a mess. Sealer on the ceiling just wiped with finger or rag .Scrapes on the ceiling putting panels into place. No sealer on east end of panel top side. Their is a creeks when stepping into the shower. Got a phone call Monday after 5pm ,They said they couldn't help but some one from another office will call Tuesday to set up appointment to repair everything .Today is Wednesday no call yet ,

Sub Contractor came out and charged me fake fees and showed me fake pics of damages that didn’t exist to get extra money besides the amt financed for shower install . He was caught by the company management team and they made him return the money and later offended him to guarantee I pay amt financed . Charges will be pressed
