We were pleased with the product however it took a couple visits for some minor things to be fixed. I suggest outfitting your workers with labeled shirts and stickers for their vehicles/ some ID. Older people will be wary to open the door for them..

Materials are solid, look nice. There seems to be a curve at the head of the tub wall. We also asked initially for a curved shower rod, but a straight one was installed instead. Just waiting on that to be corrected.

Sales person was great. Installer did not finish the job. What started as a nightmare was turned around when Lucas came out and made everything right. Thank you Lucas!

The crew was very good at what they do. It would have been nice to have at least one person that spoke English.

On time arrival. Quick install. Didn't clean up before leaving. Incorrectly located lift track brackets and had to drill more holes in stairs than necessary. I found the error after they left. They should have brought it to my attention before leaving.

I love my new shower. It took three days to get it put together instead of just one which was tough to deal with but the end product is really nice. He cleaned up after himself and he left the bathroom in really nice shape.

It was done quickly, it looks great, the only thing I suggest is the dust was really heavy and I had to do a lot of clean up

There was a slight communication problem but thanks for our cell phones that was taken care of. Work was fast and efficient. My yard was rutted up by the work truck and trailer. Not real good at backing up a trailer.
