The tub is great, the installation was crap. Poor deconstruction and reconstruction. Left me with too much to clean up and repair. They wanted to resend out the same guys but if they can't do it right the first time why would I trust them a second time. I am lucky I am able to do the caulking, painting. Wall board mudding. What if I were not?

I was caught off guard by the expense of the project. While I am aware of the decision we made to upgrade, I still never believed that it would be as much as it was. I am now second guessing my decision to have it done.

The quality of the actual work done was very good. However, the cleanup was terrible. They left trash and a piece of their equipment on the lawn outside. They also left the door and insulation to the crawl space on the ground causing our home to become very cold. It bothered me and Jeannie very much.

I was led to believe that you guys had your own install teams,my shower was put in by a contractor,while he did a excellent job, I was a little disappointed, once’s you guys got paid there was very little contact,I requested a couple of items exchanged but no contact not the way I like doing business

Installer brought the wrong track and had to come back and uninstall the track. He then put a new track but the holes did not line up with the old track in my steps and so he had to repair it. He was not happy about that. Another person came and fixed the stairs where the holes were. Who's disappointed that that had happened. The chair makes some noises going up and down the track but chairlift promises to fix that.

The work was well done but communication was terrible because none of the workers spoke English. Tge supervisor would pop in now and then and his English was okay. Very frustrating considering how much money we spent.

We purchased the chair lift on Dec 1 and it was installed on Dec 5, 2022. Very quick service. From the beginning I have had trouble with the track and my oxygen tubing getting tangled. I have NOT been able to use the chair when I am home alone. I have almost fallen twice because I get tangled. I also find the piece that was added on the bottom of the track was very unnecessary. It has made a great safety issue. When coming down the piece that comes down on to the floor will land right on the tubing. Big problem. I am unable to go without oxygen at all so taking it off is not an option. I think this should have been addressed when sold. Unfortunately, the oxygen supplies can not come up with a solution. I hope you can. After all, one of the biggest selling points was the safety of the lift. Please call ASAP. Thank you in advance.

I like your product but your service department never sent a technician out to see why my stairlift malfunctioned nor a callback to talk me through it over the phone. I was very upset and disappointed. Thank God I was able to figure it out but a simple callback would have saved me alot of time and despair.
