I had a shower done and the bathtub replaced with a Jacuzzi and told them that I had to be able to get in and out of the Jacuzzi with by myself because I live alone the shower is great the tub I cannot get out of it by myself it’s hard to get in it’s too deep it’s too narrow I have text and spoken to Hollis and his reply was just Get a stepstool and put a seat in the bottom of the tub which that will not work for the amount I paid for it I want it to be correct

I think for the size of our shower we were way over charged! The installer, while he did a decent job he stretched it out over a week. it should have taken at the most 3 days!

Gaps between walls and pan, 1/2 in. Pieced walls at outside of pan.2×s. Won't return phone calls. Didn't fully explain you on get 1 shower door bar. One day no show, no call. Craftsmanship could have been alot better.

Installers who were sent to install this quality product were inexperienced with this type of installation. This resulted in problems that are still I resolved after 4 follow- up calls and no service visit as promised. I’m not sure I would recommend this company for installation and will definitely not be asking them to install any other product for me.

took two weeks to install and was not done right. The installer hooked up one power line (circuit) for both pumps. The owners manual calls for two dedicated 15 -amp circuits (15A/120 Volt GFCI Protected for the pump and blower). I had to ask them where was the GFCI plugs for the motors and they were caught not putting them in but finally installed one in the breaker box for the one circuit ( still not two circuits per the electrical instructions in the owners manual and on page four bottom of the page warning about possible termination of the warranty for failure to follow the pre-installation procedures - which they did not do). The tub was filled with water in the bathroom ( not pre-checked outside for leaks per manual ). Final caulking was done with water in the tub and when drained cracked in several places on the seams. I'm still waiting for the electrical to be fixed ( not a bigger circuit in the sub- panel ) I questioned whether my electrical panel was big enough to handle the load and was assured that a sub-panel would work - at this point I don't feel that this arrangement is safe. I asked the salesman if this would work and was told that it would. I have not used the tub yet due to the electrical problem not fixed. I went with Leaf Home Safety Solutions for every thing to be done right and for the warranty - Have my doubts about this install.

This was a very upsetting experience. The installation date was rescheduled multiple times causing my husband and I to miss work and change plans s several times. In addition I did not receive all that was discussed during the sale and the walk through. However, once we finally had a contractor come from OH (only after I threatened to cancel the job) he was very nice, professional and did a really good job.

The installation was completed and there were many changes from the way it was presented and confirmed by the construction coordinator, I have attempted on three occasions to get a response from them to correct or compensate me for changes made, no response to date
