Everything was great except the shower head I wasn’t happy with it was supposed to be a rain shower head !!! The one installed sure wasn’t that !!!

The chair lift was installing very quickly and the installer Zeke was great.

The selection of products was good. The sales guy was very professional. We didn't like that we felt a bit of pressure to signing and giving a large deposit. But he did lower the price quite a bit to get us to sign. We were happy with the final price. The installer was one man. He did a wonderful job, very professional and answered any questions I had. It really does look amazing.

They did a nice job on replacing the shower. The old tile went to the ceiling. When they removed the tile & dry wall. They pulled the dry wall tape away from the corner of the ceiling. I told them I would fix it. Everything else was done that day. We were happy with the work they did.

Process was fair, direct and reasonable. Installation was timely and completed without problems. Operation of the chairlift was demonstrated.

Customer service was great helping me with registering my warranty online but I also told her I needed assistance with service. Nobody called me back 😞

Scott was great at explaining the process and programming the installation. However, the inside corner strips were not to be installed and the handyman brought them and installed them. Also, given the outside corner situation, this was not planned well and took a bit longer to fix. There was a problem with the original handyman and the new one came up with a viable solution that was satisfactory. For $12,000 these small things should not have happened. The material is great and I am very happy with the hardware, tub, tiles, and shelves... I just wish the corner strips were not installed and it was simply installed flush and with grout. It kind of messes up the look.

Installers were late both days but worked late to get to the daily endpoint. Weren’t made aware that we would have to take care of installing floor tile to cover up the difference in footprints of the old and new tub. Cleanup Could have been better-but was cleared but where there was watery dirtiness, it dried and can be seen on our tile and wood floors Installers seemed to be in a rush to leave and we had to specifically ask for a tutorial on how the tub operates We hope they respond in a good manner-we had very good service with our stair climber from them last year.
