The company seemed fine. The process was easy and installation took about 3hrs. The product itself is not as good as I expected, for the money. It takes up more of the stairway than I thought it would. The chair has a lot of loose play and does not feel solid on the track. There is a really rough bump over the track joint where the chair tips forward a bit. The tech didn't really know what to do about it. I expected a more solid product for the money spent.

It is important that you clean up your metal savings. They can get in your feet if you are used to going bare foot on the house. You need to carry a powerful shop vac. With you! I wasn't happy when I came home to all the metal shavings from drilling holes in the metal strip that runs down the steps! It was told to us that you would put in a outlet to plug it in. Instead you plugged it into an extension cord. That does not look dage!!!!

the chair leans to the left quite a bit. Not unsafe, just unsightly.

The sales and the project coordinator need to communicate the whole scope of the project. We requested 2 separate handles and received only one. The project coordinator and the ones doing the work need to be on the same page. This was not the case. The one doing the work seem to more knowledgeable than the sales and the project coordinator. The contractor doing the work was super and very knowledgeable in the ADA stuff.

The installation went well. They came when they said and did a good job. But, the chair is crooked. You feel unsure riding up and down. I called. They send a man to fix the problem. When he left, a cover was left off and the chair is more uneven than it was. They called and he is coming again to fix it.... The repair was done today and it is perfect now!! Rating up to a 5! Thank you!

Your workers are knowledgeable in their job. They stayed later than I wanted. The first day I asked them to leave at 8:30 pm as they were making so much noise and we live in a condo complex. The second day they came in the afternoon and stayed until after 11:30 pm. These times are not acceptable to me. Then they didn't finish. A young man came with the shower curtain and rod a couple days later. Now more than a week and a half later, the shower head is still not on the wall with sealant. We also weren't told that the sealant has to cure for 24 hours before we could use the shower until right before they were leaving.

Explain warranty and provide warranty. Difficulty getting off chair at top of stairs. Knees bump door edge.
