My "Walk In Shower".
The installer was concerned about the job he was doing. A very meticulous individual that was concerned about the quality of his work. When certain parts of the job were a concern, he either knew the answers or would seek out what was the correct way to handle the install or questions that were asked. He knew what he was doing. The quality of the materials used appear to be of a high standard. My only negative comments would center around my trying to speak with the Project Manager and not having him, personally, speak with me about certain concerns. That would be the "why" behind 4 stars instead of 5. The installer(Archie) deserves a 5 star rating. Having personal communication with the Project Manager has a lot to be desired.
