Nothing turned out like it was suppose…
Nothing turned out like it was suppose to, but in the end, everything turned out OK. I was not able to get exactly what I wanted as I have a very old home and it wasn't possible. It appears to be working fine as it was installed and that is very important to me. I do expect I will need it more in the future than now. I was shopping around and ended up purchasing it because of the price, even though down the road would have been better.

Installer came out
Installer came out, after weekend to replace batteries. The original ones were defective. Still waiting on electrician to correct wiring for lights. At least chair is working.

Selling Leaf System
Sales people were extremely good at selling the product and it was installed in a few days after purchase. It could have been moved over 2 more inches to prevent arm rest from rubbing against stair rail and also to accomodate people with longer legs.
