We love the Stairlift. It works great. I was very disappointed in the two salesmen who called on us. I knew before they arrived approximately what it cost. A friend had recently bought two stairlifts and had told me she paid About $17,000. We listened to the sales pitch for about one hour and then asked what our one stairlift would cost. The salesman did a little calculation and said $19,500.00. I was shocked at the price and told him so. After another hour of negotiating we finally arrived at a price of $9420.00. We said we wanted to think about it and the salesman said the price was only good that day and if he had to come back the price would once again be $19,500.00. I had seen on the sales literature that the quoted price would be good for one year. We sent them away but called back a week later and bought the stairlift for the quoted price of $9,420.00 I was totally surprise at the sales method. I thought that a reputable company would not use sales tactics like that. Very disappointed.

They give you the hard sell. Don’t accept the first figure they quote you. Their equipment is like many others that cost only $3800 installed. They installed quickly and professionally.

The stair lift track is not perfectly straight and the chair bumps in places instead of gliding along smoothly. For the sales pitch and price I was expecting a smooth ride up and down on it.

I liked the suggestion to solve my problem, but quickly found that your salesman broke his promises to me. I had a problem that he ignored and a promise that he broke.

After a year we have a shower door that doesn't leak. Took three tries, but no water on floor now. Alway responded with good customer service, but again, the work was sloppy, and they had to come back time after time to correct seat, drain and detail work. Also, would have preferred to have shower head on opposite wall as before instead of the same wall as the seat. It would have been nice to have wall liner and seat materials match just a little better. As I said before good customer response, but not up to par with other companies for the price.

I’m sure they do good work, I don’t have a complaint about that. But just a warning, if you enter in your phone number on their website, you better be 100% you want their services because they will blow your phone up for weeks from a hundred different phone numbers. I was just researching companies to call to come to my work and I ended up finding one closer to go with. It doesn’t matter if you respond to the texts saying you’re not interested or put yourself on the no call list, both of which I’ve done, they don’t stop. It’s been almost a month and i get at least 5 calls a day.

Overall very satisfied, not keen on the window trim in my eyes it looks like very cheap plastic but I’ll live. Some of the caulking isn’t the best looking application. It is put together very well and does look great

1. Delayed install 2. Had to come back on a Sunday to finiish the job. 3. Cut one panel off to short. 4. Poor job of calking. 5. Did not tape the treads of the shower head, it leaks. 6. When shower is turned on the shower head flips up, magnet does not hold it. 7. Unable to clean elbow, glued on both ends.
