I was expecting a job worth $15000.00 but what I received was way less. they used scrap wood pieces and dry wall to from out. plus the one wall wasn't squared. had to have them come back because the faucet handle stuck out 5" from the wall and the door would slide open while you were shower, Just very disappointed in the quality of the job. there's nothing to be done at this point, your salesman just made it sound like it was going to be a very quality job being done. I wasn't expecting pieces of drywall to be installed where I ended up having them removed and a solid piece installed so I didn't have to spackle 6 places. the frame work on the shower head side wasn't even square. I'm sure if I researched it more I could have had a company come and do the same job for around $8000. Just saying I feel I over paid for. the cost of the shower and hardware shouldn't have been more then $5000 at the very most, Which means it was $10000 for labor for 2 guys and about 10 work. The math just doesn't add up

Workers did not speak English or understand English, made a mess, left door open for long time.

Our chairlift has been out for more than 10 days. We contacted you who then got in touch with our local distributor (Chris) who told me someone would service us last Friday afternoon. I had not heard by 2:15 and called to see what was up. Chris said he would call the installer and get back to me. Neither he nor the installer have contacted me since. Your manual is also incomplete. It tells what the troubleshoot beeping means but does not tell us what steps to take. The installer also said that he would place the electrical outlet on the other side of the lift so that the electrical cord would not be a trip hazard. This is another example of local service unfulfilled.

The salesman told us that everything was local workers,office,installers the installer that came to our house was from out state Indiana, he was two half hours late,then he unloaded his truck to find out the materials were the wrong stuff,so he arranged for someone to meet him halfway to pickup the right stuff so that took another hour or so he didn’t leave our house until 6:30 pm. A little disappointed

1. I wish the salesman would have showed and explained better many of the details of what we were actually trying to buy. 2. the installation supervisor did a great job of saving what initially looked like totally disastrous purchase. 3. This is the second large purchase I have made from Leaf Filter. I wish they were more honest and had more intergrity in dealing with me. They claim they are giving you tremendous discounts on the purchase by starting with an impossibly high, unrealistically high price. They end up with a pretty good amount of discount, but still sort of a high price. I wish they were a little more honest and forthright with their price in the first place. Maybe this deceptive type of pricing is standard practice and operating procedure in the home repair industry, but I am very disillusioned about this 4. Then at the end they did a little bit of "bait and switch" on the pricing of what they sold me. They showed me their top looking setup in their catalog, but then they just game me a cheaper, less well made shower product. Again, I just with they had been more forthright from the beginning. I asked for a couple of things from the salesman in the first place, but then they just gave me the cheaper version when I bought it.

The installer showed up and said don’t think I will finish this in 1 or 2 days - like the sales man told you I’ll be 3 or 4 days. He could have finished a day earlier if her wasn’t on the phone and talking. When we complained about something the installer became unfriendly and called me lady then smashed a tile on the wall and left. Also the sales woman told me we would get a permanent shower curtain - we did not. We were also supposed to get a bar for the shower.

The sealer between the tub and wall panels is cracking and allowing water to seap down to the floor under the tub. We called the installer twice but he has never responde.. I wouldn't recommend Leaf Safety to anyone.

dont know where to start. installers left small hole in ceiling above shower. did not get overhead showerhead as requested. was assured shower pan was non slip; it is NOT. scuffed up wall adjacent to shower; washing would not remove. sloppy finish caulking. missing cover of light above shower--broken, lost? fix it crew came yesterday; fixed two small problems; havent heard from them since. h welle
