Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

The shower was done in a day as promised. Overall, I am very pleased, but there are 2 issues that keep me from rating them a 5. The shower seat was bent so therefore not put together correctly. I just brought a new one off Amazon. The caulk job left a lot to be desired. I have not contacted them, my fault, i am sure the customer service would be excellent. I just can't deal right now.

Communication not always the greatest. In-staller was great and I I'm loving the finished product!

I love my bathroom now that it's finished. We were promised stuff from the salesman that almost were not delivered, but all in all I am very pleased.

The initial sales process was good, they honored their match less 10% when we got a competitive quote that was lower. We had issue with the ordering of the basin. What we were sold was not available, low threshold in acrylic. They stated they couldn't back order it. Wanting the lower threshold an upgraded material was purchased which caused the overall price to return to the pre- 10% discount. On the day of installation the basin came with the installers. It was the originally ordered acrylic. Not a word was spoken. Called Leaf Home Safety Solutions to look into the issue and to resolve the price before final payment was due. Got the promise they would, not a word was spoken. They did return to the discounted price but only learned this when the installer presented the final invoice, In the end I got what I wanted but the lack of communication was no the best.

Lack of identification both on vehicles and on the workers wearing apprial. Not sure that the walls were properly sealed.. They did come back and spray the floor of the shower as it was slippery and they added another magnet for the shower head. The second person that worked on the project was a little unprofessional.

The sales rep was wonderful, explaining all the different aspects and materials to be used. The installers were great, very courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with both interactions.

No one ever told me that the shower would only have 1 door that opens which means that you have to reach in and turn on the water and get blasted with a stream of cold water. Turn on dial is backwards. Dial points to Cold when it is actually Hot and Hot when it is actually Cold.

The work was completed in one day by 3 very skilled people. I was impressed The bathroom looks much better now
