The sales process went very well. The sales persons explained everything thoroughly. The installation was timely and professional. The only issue is the quality of workmanship of the installation was not what I was expecting. Items assembled poorly, finish work not completed .shower wall not installed correctly and 1 item not finished at all. For what we paid for the product and services I was expecting a lot more. Our experience was a little different than most. When installation day arrived, it turned out that by some unfortunate circumstance, the shower door was not what my wife wanted, so Leaf had to order the correct one and reschedule the install. It took eight weeks for the door to come from the manufacturer, and I was a little apprehensive because no one at Leaf had contacted me during that period of time. I reached out and left a voicemail, and the guy from the installation dept got back to me in a day with an answer, and a date for them to come back to finish the job. Even though it took eight weeks, the second install tech did a good job and the final result looks great. We are happy with the overall experience we had, just wish the communication had been a little more on point.

Dust from their work was not cleaned up in the bathroom. I had to wash down my walls, floor, fixtures. Left a mess on my driveway and front yard. Shower is very nice and pretty. They did come back same day when I called because the shower head was leaking.

The new shower looks very good. It is what we expected. The new showerhead is a little less powerful than the previous showerhead but is not that much of a drop off.

The equipment installed functioned properly. One little concern I have is that the foot rest is heavy to lift for someone with a bad lower back. It would be a nice option to have a model with an electric control button to avoid deep bending to operate the foot rest.

The communication could be improved; current updates. When a customer has made a date for install; taken time off from work, I would not expect to have the install be delayed for a prior customers service call. The company should have sent someone out for the call.

Was not happy when they called and said they could not install our bathroom when they said were, but called back and found another installer. His name was James . He was excellent, did a beautiful job, couldn’t be more pleased. The only thing I would say negative about him is never came early. I highly recommend him and very friendly. Love my Shower
