we had our tub done in April,haven't been able to use it at all.they have come and said they fixed it but it still leaks in same place.water pours in our bathroom into the subfloor and into the basement. I have been trying to reach them repeatedly for the past 4mnths and have not gotten a response. I am disabled and is why we had it installed and have never been able to use it. they take your money and then blow you off. that's the lifetime warranty you get. all we ask of the is to refund out money and put new tub in since they ruined ours. I don't think we are being unfair. I would think twice before using them. if they correct the matter I will gladly recomment and say what was done. 8months is long enough to suffer at their hands.

I never got the right shower doors at all I had to call four times because the wrong shower doors were put on backwards in the first place

The product is fine but the follow up is horrible! I can’t get any one to answer the phone and when I leave a message NO ONE calls back. I have a couple of problems that need to be fixed! I hope it will be done before the end of the year.

Did not approve of door installed for my shower. Mold formed at base under caulking. Was told nothing can be done with door. Someone to come out and redone caulking. They reduced price 2,000 dollars, door is still not right. NOT HAPPY WITH JOB!!!
