Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Everyone involved with this project was great. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was attention to detail. There are several items that we are just going to live with; had to repaint our bathroom due to paint mismatch, shower door is mounted upside down, different size screws on the inside of the shower and several scratches on the chrome door. Other than these issues the shower looks great and my wife is happy.

Ruben and Carlos, the installers, were EXCELLENT-5-stair! The reason for the 4-star rating overall instead of 5-star was because company staff forgot to call for reminder of confirmation date of installation until I called them to see if it was actually a "go" for date previously set up.

this job took too long to get started. 8 months. However, the tech. was professional and courtious He also did a great job. I am well satisfied with the quality of work.

Wife & I are pleased with the work performed by the installer. Didn't think he could complete the job in one day, but he did. Had been told it usually takes 2 days, but the man did it in one. Very friendly man & was impressed by the follow-up done by the company folks during the installation day.

Took 5 months to receive lift chair! Salesman very good. Laser guy rude, moved hall tree roughly, broke top off. Complained all time. Installer excellent.

Everyone was very courteous but there was a lot of confusion about the seat and how that was going to be handled. I would recommend them to anyone because I love my shower

I appreciate the time that I was given. I have nothing but praise for the guys that did the installation. I am glad that I made the decision to convert from a tab to a walk-in shower.

Every person I worked with trying to get my chair-lift installed and working properly, were very nice and tried to do all they could to get each problem addressed. It took 7 different visits in a 2 week period from the initial install to work properly. But, I can finally say they got all the kinks out, and it is working!!! Thank you all!
