Workmanship is terrible! Customer service is even worse if that is possible! This is December....work was started in March and is not complete. Jon Jurs, Brent Saenz, Robert Falcon, and Kurt Matthew in the Schaumburg office (Chicago area) do not return phone call or text messages. Salesman Joseph Chahine also does not answer phone or reply to text. Sale tactics are very misleading about who is preforming work. Once they have your money.......you do not exist! I will contact BBB, city and state licensing bureaus to investigate. My wife and I are seniors......this just isn't right. They should be ashamed of themselves. Zero stars would be a generous rating, but it is not an option!

I was extremely disappointed with the salesman who represented leaf guard. First of all there price was outrageous then he kept offering discounts and finally called someone and then they dropped it further. By the time they were done the price dropped in half which was still a couple of K more than I thought it would be. When the sales person finished I had asked for a written quote which I never received or never received the gift card. The bottom line is that I believe that there products is good but overpriced and there sales techniques need to be refined! Disappointed

A job that was be completed took in 4days ,took4 months.We where not told that subcontractor where being used.The first subcontractor used three different crews .They where very unorganized had no directions.They also came without proper tools for the job. i had to call the regional manager at lease 30 times about the problem on the job.i tired several times to get corporate to call me back about the problems.NO one ever call me back! The second subcontractor was better and should have ben used in the beginning.The communications was very poor,I felt like was the foreman on the job ,instead of the customer. There was one point in the job my wife wanted what was installed totally removed and our deposit returned.This was not a cheep job money wise! The job did get finished .

If there was something lower than 1 star I would have used that one. The sales guy was wonderful - told me all the things you want to hear. Tongue and groove construction at corners etc. When the installer left, I had 1.5in. molding on both back corners and all around the bottom. About a week after install, the safety bar began to have rust streaks running out of both ends. My grandson took it apart and discovered it was put together with drywall screws. I did dicker and got a better price but I think it was not worth the price I paid. If Bate and switch is your thing… go for it

This was one of the worst experiences ever. First, scheduled two appointments for shower measurements. Both times, the rep was a 'no call, no show.' Repeated calls to reps went unreturned. Had to call headquarters to get a response. Sales rep promised we would have time to look over the job before final payment. Instead rep rushed us through final payment with little to no time to review the finished job. He said 'these guys need to get paid (in reference to the two people who installed the shower.) THIS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY, BUT RATHER THE RESPONSBILLITY OF THE COMPANY TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES. During installation of shower, your rep just walked right into our home without knocking -- just walked right in! Wow! In addition, had to wait several weeks for the shower door. Was promised the shower door on one date and did not receive it until one month later. I requested reps not show up for shower door installation on a specific Saturday in July. Instead they showed up to install this door ON THE DAY I REQUESTED THEY NOT SHOW UP. Thank goodness my husband just happened to be home. Crew who installed shower said they were underpaid. So, this experience proves your company is all about profit, not the customer. It is grossly disorganized as proven by all these examples. Comparing the price of this shower installation with friends who have also had new showers installed also shows we grossly overpaid for this horrible experience. I will never recommend your company to anyone.

It took a month before starting. Then the first installer put 2 different colors in, busted a huge hole on my wall and done just a god awful job! Then it took over another month before someone returned to fix what was wrong. The manager lied to me about the availability of the correct parts. For what I paid I don’t think your company is worth a damn. I will always detour anyone from having you do any work!!!

This was the worst experience in my life. It took them over 3 months to finish a job that was supposed to take 1 day. They sent people who had zero experience to do the job. They caused water damage in the basement and ignored my calls.

Subcontractors do not represent your company very well. I have already sent a long email outlining our experience and how we will not use your company again.
