They prey on veterans. I was lied to when I purchased a stair lift. The salesman told me that all I had to do was tell the VA that I had this stair lift installed and show them proof of purchase and they would reimburse me up to $6,800. Well that was a lie. VA does not reimburse anyone. You are supposed to go to the VA with the request and they will send out contractors to review the case and then install it at NO cost to the veteran. This guy lied to me and what is worse he charged me nearly 3 times what the stair lift would cost from the VA. By the way if you write bad reviews about this company they somehow find a way to have them removed. I'm sure this review will get lost too. For instance look at them on Facebook. I've written a couple of reviews there and now they are gone.

Our experience with Leaf Home Safety Solutions was costly both financially and emotionally. The company initially sent a subcontractor that proceeded to tear up our home while tearing out the old shower stall. The sub left after 2 days leaving a half finished job that was awful - wavy walls, smeared caulking, open joints, and trash everywhere. We had great difficulty contacting anyone in our local area because all calls to Leaf are routed to the headquarters. Later when a supervisor finally reviewed the shoddy work, his comment was "I am appalled, I have never seen such bad construction." It took 6 weeks longer for another team to come to totally tear out the original work and install the new shower. We were without the shower during this time as it was unusable. Customers need to know that Leaf uses subcontractors, and that these subs are not background checked. We discovered serious criminal charges on file for the first sub. We were satisfied with the final product but in retrospect it may not have been worth our time and aggravation.

Job wasn't completed as required. I have been waiting since last Spring. I ahve never had a situation like this one and hope to never have another.

The replacement of my bathtub was one of the most stressful events of my life. From the lack of competence of the so called craftsman to the poor work accomplished. I would urge anyone to considering a bath tub replacement to get several estimates and the do your own investigation of the contractor you are considering to hire. LHSS will never enter my house again.

Update to the below review. I received a call today from the Nashville office and they promised to make this right. Someone is coming to look at all the problems next week. Will update again when the work is finished. I thought for sure Leaf would take me off the list for possible reviewers! They know how unhappy I am with my installation, and they have all the information in their files. The installation took way longer than expected (supposed to be finished by July and installation was completed in October), but I had to chase them the whole time to get updates on the delays. There were several turnovers in the contact people because employees were leaving the company. I contacted the salesperson who wrote the contract several times, and he finally said to contact their main office, that he couldn't help me. The initial installation was done incorrectly. The shower head bar was touching the ceiling where a light was, and they left holes open leading to my crawl space where the old shower stall was. They damaged the doorway frames when they removed the door going into the bathroom. When they finally came back to fix the shower head, they had to replace the wall where the shower head was, but when breaking that out, they broke the tile in the back wall, and now they have pieces on the back wall glued in where you can see the cracks. Also left a gap in the molding going up to the ceiling because the installer measured wrong (and admitted it!). The shower pan was installed incorrectly and the water pools and won't drain so I need to squeegy it after each use. I signed off just to get the installer out of my house because he obviously didn't know what he was doing. I sent pictures and reported all my observations to the main office, and haven't heard from anyone since, so I'm thinking I'll need to have it re-done by another company soon. $17,000 down the drain - well, not really because it doesn't drain! Will never use this company again.

First of all your rep was 25 minutes late for the appointment, We had 4 different install dates before they could install the shower. Twice we were called approx. a half hour before and told their crew called in sick. On the day they finally came to install the shower we were told they didn't have the shelf or the soap dish. they would put in a temporay silver one. We had ordered the bronze fixtures. When they were doing the piping the purple pipe dope was spilled on our tiled floor. When they went to clean it off what they used ate right through the finish. Luckily we had extra tiles and the one installer was able to repair the floor.

They tell you so much and don't do what is told that they are going to do and don't lower the price if they don't do a big part of the job I'll never have work done by this company again they call you over and over before the job not a call after it's not ok to do work like that .

Seriously? you read this stuff? ok, how about an unvaxinated worker was sent to work in my house? and me in a high risk group. He broke my outside spigot, kept leaving the gate open when i told him not to and my dogs ran away. The calk he used turned yellow, which looks wonderful on white. The price was not right, the experience terrible and when i get some $$, I'm having it ripped out and done properly. They wanted me to call them, but I'm not the one who created the problem.Would never refer them to anyone.
