Excellent sales and installation experience.
My sales associate was knowledgeable about his products and steered me from the product I had called about to a product that was more what I wanted and needed. The installers arrived on time and the installation was seamless. They protected the floors they were using to carry the old tub and pipes out and bring in the new shower pieces. The team lead answered all questions and listened and acted upon requests I made that fell under the scope of the contract. My only suggestion would be to advise future customers that it would be best to remove everything from the counter space and all flat surfaces to make customer cleanup easier. Something I should have thought of and didn’t. I absolutely love my new shower!
