The unit would alarm when it reached to top. I am the user but didn't ride in front of installer. Found charge strip had reversed polarity. Foreman found this and replaced them. Now I have a problem with the foot rest hitting the top four staire and stopping. I can only go the rest of the way by holding the foot rest up. Then I hit my foot. We bought a 600 unit because of my weight. 280 lbs. It seems like it's straining to get me up the stairs. Saleman promissed that railing could stay in, installer took it out. I need something on the other side of the steps for my wife. Will have to call in to get this fixed. Second time!

It is very nice now, but the first time was sort of a messy caulking job and a cracked sheet. But they came back and redid it . I had to stay home again for another 4 hours.

The shower turned out fabulous I was skeptical At first but in the end my doubts were crushed. It did take 2 days but the installer walked me through the process, which took the edge off.

The actual installation was good. The follow up after is not good. There is a problem with my floors that were damaged from the plastic they put down on my hardwood floors. The finished has come off where they laid the plastic. I have called and requested someone to come and look at them and was promised someone would stop by. Also the installer told me he would be back in three days to replace the curtain they took down in order to do the job. It has been almost three weeks and I have yet to see anyone to address either problem. I am very disappointed in the follow up.

following the install a safety concern was identified to the install mgr. He stated he would get right on it. We heard nothing. Have contacted him twice since with no response.

I want free replacement batteries for chair and remote control for free We paid a lot of money for two chairs and we shouldn’t pay any more for any batteries.

Leaf should have had a representative to look over the work with us. We were left to deal only with a contractor. I had understood that the walls were to be "paint ready". The shower installation was very good, however the frame-work was very bad. I wpuld grade it as a low "F".

Overall we are very happy with the work that was done. Karl and Josh installed our walk-in shower in one day. They were polite, hard-working, experienced and cleaned up after themselves. They explained the steps beforehand and then after they finished their work, they explained how to take care of the shower. The only concern we had, which had nothing to do with Karl and Josh at all, is that we had scheduled and expected someone to come the day before by 9:00 but no one called us by 10:30, so I had to call the company. Luckily it all worked out and the one day delay was not significant. We would recommend this company again, especially Karl and Josh.
