Not really what I expected and it’s…
Not really what I expected and it’s taken a while for this survey. The construction could have been more presentable (meaning the baseboards after shower was installed). There’s screeching during movements on the bottom of the tray. Technician called out 3 times to fix spill over onto the floor during shower to no avail saying the same each time and it make sense for the problem.🤷🏽‍♀️

Sometimes I feel I did not get the best…
Sometimes I feel I did not get the best deal. Unfortunately I did not check other companies. It looks "nice" but there a few problems. One of the shelves fell off and I tried to put it back but it came off again. There is a spot where the wall was grilled to install the grab bar but it was not the right location. Also I feel it is too far back & I would like another grab bar installed vertically nearer the shower head. The shower head seems a little too high for me. It may be OK for someone taller or an adjustable one so it can be lowered. When the old tile was removed, no pieces of the edge tiles were kept. I could have used some to fill in the corners to match the rest that were left on the side. The salesman came, talked me into it and left. I tried to contact him again but no luck. It is difficult to contact your customer service re any problems. I also reported this to the Better Business Bureau.

My lift broke after 6 months of use
My lift broke after 6 months of use. I have contacted the company and was given a number to call. I cannot get an appointment because I work days. I am stuck with a useless piece of equipment and a big bill! Also, I have fallen down the stairs because of no support from the lift.

The seal around the shower has turned yellow the leg shaving shelf is not secure.

The noise level has gotten louder
The noise level has gotten louder. It’s making a squealing noise when I come upstairs. So I know it’s loud because I can hear it and I am hard of hearing.

Factory sent wrong drain hole on tub n…
Factory sent wrong drain hole on tub n wrong spourt. Toilet set up was off line.i reset it. Poor caulking..n made wrong hole in bedroom...slippery on tub. I scrubbed tub till non slippery.

Workmanship would be 5 star (1sf crew for installation Dan Overbee, 2nd to finish was Floyd )d
Workmanship would be 5 star, due to non straight walls leaving some gaps needed a call back, took ( 2 calls)) about a month to get thru to set up a return date, another 2 weeks to get schedule (after a call by me). crews were neat & cleaned up afterward. I wouldn't mind the wait, it was just getting someone attention.
