The salesperson came and promised everything, talking us up about him and my husband being veterans. He did not come thru with any of his promises. Charged us way more than what he said. Had to go to another company to get what he promised us. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Never completed job, shower floor water doesn't drain down to drain, shower floor is slick slippery never came back to take care of that. Left holes in walls new toilet wobbly, theres to much to comment on. Will never recommend this company ever!!!! Sales folks talk a good take and that's all. Oh!!! Forgot they mismeasured my shower so the custom items I wanted were wrong and had to settle for what they had in stock or wait another 3 months..this is after they tore out my tub...so 3 months with no tub and toilet had to settle for what they had....oh there more issues but I'm getting mad reliving it

I paid over $20,000 for 2 showers installs and expected to get first grade material. I have no problems with the installers. They did a fine job. What I have a problem with is the quality of the shower doors on both showers. I have called my sales rep, Stephen Post, in late August and he referred me to a person named John, who Stephen said John would take care of the problem. John called me and said he would take care of it. I waited 2 months and called John and left a message. He never called back. Over the last month, I called and left messages and also texted John several times with no response. Finally, 2 days ago he answered his phone. After I said, again, what I wanted he said he would call Stephen to see what he should do! Obviously, he has done NOTHING to solve my problem. I have been a gentleman the whole time and I have been very patient, but my patience is wearing very thin! Please help me resolve this problem.

Leaf solutions installed a shower for us without a rod for a shower curtain, a cheap shower head that was finally replaced. They were paid then didn't want to respond to any ongoing problems we have had with the shower. very disappointed in the work considering how expense of the shower. we got the bare minimum. No seat was provided, we bought one separately. I won't recommend your company to anyone who has asked me about the work and the cost.

Horrible workmanship and now the supervisor of the project no longer works with the company so there is no one to call to rectify the problem

Sorry but I would never recommend this company. Shower was installed with very shoddy work in May. Left unusable and leaking, with cold and hot water interchanged.After a very long wait, it was totally reinstalled in late September by capable workers

Our experience was less than stellar. First, there were delays from when we signed the contract to when someone actually showed up to do the installation. Then, we were told it would be a one-day job, it took a full week! And, the doors were wrong and had to be replaced and after it was done, we had to call and have him come back as the holes that he drilled to install the first shower door, all needed to be filled in to prevent mold. Not a great experience, to say the least.

I am extremely disappointed with the Harmer vertical platform lift that has been installed at my residence. It has never worked properly and I don’t think anyone in the Charlotte office has been trained to install the platforms properly. It has gone from working once, then I had to go to my circuit box & reset. Now it doesn’t work at all. At this point, I would like them to come remove the unit and refund my money.
