Overall, I am very happy with my new shower. I feel the price was very good and the representative was very professional, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. He really helped in my emergency situation. His name was Stephen Post. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because the installer did not discuss with me where and how he was going to install the safety bars and he also left gaps between the floor and the walls. He did return and complete these problem areas. I will refer my friends to this company.

The young man who put our bath tub in our very small bathroom did a great job. He was a very nice person. The only thing I was surprized about he took our shower curtain and rod with him. I wanted my shower rod and curtain. He also left some open holes in wall where we had a handicap bars..

While the cost was a bit more, I chose LHSS to do my tub to shower conversion project solely because unlike their competitors the rep did not spend her time bad mouthing the competition. Besides, the materials all looked the same to me. Overall I am pleased with the outcome to some extent. Would have preferred the towel bar on the shower door to be on the right like the old one was instead of on the left. And despite the reps claim, the floor is not slip resistant. You do need to put a slip guard/mat down to prevent falls. Found that out on my first attempt to use it. Soapy feet are slippery feet period! The installers did a great job as far as I can tell since I have no clue if everything was done correctly. I just have to assume they knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly and professional. My issues are 1) customer service was very lacking. Initial install was scheduled for 5/9. No one called to confirm the appointment the day before nor did they show up the day of. I called the operations manager on several occasions. He has yet to return my calls. Found out later from the Project Manager (at least I think that was his title) that the shower doors were still on back order. Installation was rescheduled for 5/20 at 9am, installers did not come til after 1pm. Again no one called to confirm install appointment the day before. I had to call to confirm the day before and also the day of if they were still coming. I know things happen and projects run over but taking the time to keep customers informed goes a long way to show you value our business. With the exception of the sales rep - Chivon (and the project manager - Chasten) who returned my calls and did their best to ensure I got answers to my questions, the whole experience left a lot to be desired. Secondly, I thought the limited lifetime warranty on parts and labor was as the rep verbally stated at the time I signed the contract - that LHSS would replace any defective parts and make any repairs for the life of the product at no cost to me for as long as I own the home. "Limited" she said was so long as I did not do anything to damage the materials, ie take a hammer to it etc.. Normal wear and tear was covered. She did not provide me with that information in writing short of writing "lifetime warranty on all materials, parts and labor" on my contract However after the install the installer gave me a leaflet stating it had "warranty info and instructions on how to clean and maintain the shower". While it did contain detail explanation of the warranty, there was nothing about how to clean and maintain the shower. It did mention something about "this warranty shall not apply to instances of damage due to an act of God, misuse, incorrect operation, accident, fire, flood, freezing, any other mishaps or disaster...improper or lack of maintenance (including but not limited to failing to maintain caulking [really? How do I do that?]), the use of abrasive caustic, "no-rinse" or any other cleaning agent or pads not approved by LHSS and specified in literature delivered with the Product." Guessing there is another pamphlet/leaflet I should have received. Anyway, base on what I read, the lifetime limited warranty is not as the rep explained it to me. According to the booklet under Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty it says "Subject to the conditions listed below, LHSS offers a limited lifetime warranty on the labor and workmanship of our LHSS certified installer. Subject to verification of an installation or workmanship defect other than routine wear, LHSS will provide all labor required to replace or repair a product or part of a product due to installation or workmanship defect without charge to you." It went on to say, "LHSS will charge a fee for a service call to repair equipment made beyond one (1) year after the date of installation.". So I am a bit confused. Maybe I am reading it wrong but it sound like the shower is not covered after a year if anything goes wrong. Not sure how long it will take for a leak to show up as no one came by to inspect the installation to ensure it was done correctly, but I sure hope it is before a year goes by. It sure would have been Bruce if someone with knowledge about the installation process cane by to inspect the hob after it was finished to ensure all was well. I'm just saying. I got issues. What about you?)i( 6/13/22 Update: after reaching out to sales rep Chivon last weekend regarding cleaning pamphlet and towel bar issue I received a call from Paul today who emailed me a copy of the cleaning guidelines as well as scheduled an appt for the relocation of the towel bar for later this week. I am well on my way to becoming a happy camper. Now if someone would address the Limited Lifetime Warranty issue I would greatly appreciate that Thank you. )I(

The product is of the highest quality. In dealing with the owner he was above board got the job done finally. The crew that was sent out to me was new I would presume as a three day job turned into a two week job. I can’t say that was OK however, Jerry made everything good. He is a reputable person to deal with. The company‘s product like I said is high-quality. The only difference I would say is the upgrading of shower doors. It’s OK but I would’ve liked a soft closed door and was never given that opportunity to choose from that type of a item. Overall I am very happy with my shower and it looks beautiful. I would recommend the company and their product

I am very pleased with my walk in shower. The installation went very smoothlu and quickly. The installer was friendly answered all my questions and made sure I knew all the functions. That's it for the pros The only con is that there isn't any where to hang the shower head if you are sitting down and you have it off the normal spot. Perhaps a magnet on the grab bar?

Yes, you were above average, but barely. For one, the first day we had two men installing our new shower. Then it was one man for the remaining 3 days. So, I'm wondering if you are padding your man-hours, when we charged for two. But we can't find our paperwork, so I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt. Then your guys didn't show up until 10:00. I was expecting around 8:00, would've preferred 9:00l
