My shower was not finished completely to look professional, and it took me over a month to get it finished. Also, the glass doors leak water onto the floor, and I have been trying to get them to fix that with no success so far. Other than that, I love my walk-in shower.

The tub and the finish work looks great. The installer did an amazing job. A top quality craftsman. Once all the leaks were fixed the tub worked great. Had to have the installer come out twice to fix the plumbing that was attached to the tub and replace ceiling tile in the basement from water leaking. Needless to say I was disappointed since there were stickers and a signature certifying the unit was tested and passed. Obviously this was not the case. I certainly hope you get the quality control aspect under control so other customers do not have to deal with the inconvenience and property damage.

I was quite impressed with the bathroom workmanship, materials, and the renovation crew. Was totally unimpressed with the sales person. Acted like she did not want to even be presenting or talk about the tub to shower install.

The area was left in a mess. We had to call them back when we noticed grout on the glass doors that we could not get off on our own. The trim around the window did not match on the corner. The handle was improperly screwed into the wall which caused rust within a month. We were told they would get back to us about all the troubles we had to endure and we never heard back from them.

At the time I purchased my shower this company seemed totally disorganized. It took numerous calls after the initial visit to get the work done. My ceiling had several marks on it from the shower panels which they painted over with a white paint that was totally a different color. After waiting the 24 hours they said to wait before using it I found out the door wouldn’t close and so water was leaking. I had to wait several days before someone came to fix it. That was in March. I had to make numerous calls before they finally got the paperwork straightened out. I couldn’t make my first payment until September. I had no confidence in this company and would not recommend them.

The initial order was on back order and we accept that. However, several times a date was set only to be cancelled. Finally we just said don't call until the panels are in. This worked out well. The workers were great but they ended up working 10 hours to install. They should have stopped at 8 hrs. You get tired and your work suffers. The doors were not aligned. They were terrific workers. Finally there was no follow up. We had to call to get some one out to make repairs. The two receptionist were terrific and very helpful Our Thanks to them. The product is phenomenal and everyone is taking more showers. Best decision we ever made. Just some communication gaps that prevented it from being a totally great experience.

Not really satisfied with the look on the shower walls. The caulk they used looks like its peeling. When you wipe the water off the seams or the caulk between the base of the wall where it meets the tub sounds like it is loose. Wish we had been offered a glass door

Ours had to be re-done, and the man who re-did it did an excellent job, with a couple of exceptions. No effort was made to repair the damage done to our ceiling and he did a poor job installing our vanity ( which was part of the re-do project.). This is the 2nd time I’ve heard from you since, and the other is the warranty and I can’t get that to confirm. I’d really like to discuss this with a person on the phone.
