Everything went well
Everything went well, I thought we would receive a call from Leaf to ask was everything to our satisfaction after spending that amount of money. A part of the soap bar came off but I called the Installers and they came out in 2 days to do a quick repair kudos to them the shower stall is a little narrower than I thought it would be but all in all we're happy with the results.

I like the product but I’m disappointed…
I like the product but I’m disappointed with the install. There is a leak in the shower attachment and the shower curtain bar is installed so high the shower curtain does not reach low enough so the water leaks out on to the floor.

The work was great except they didn't…
The work was great except they didn't test the drainage. It was clogged. Good news they came out ASAP to fix it. Great job!!

The installer was awsome!!
The installer was awsome!!! However getting it scheduled was very difficult. Also I have a few things I need them to look at. They scheduled to come out last friday and they never showed up or called. Very disappointed in this part.I do love my tub, just with the communication would be better.

The installer was good but…
The installer was good but inexperienced with the product. After 2 days, he left without testing for leaks. Had to be called back twice to fix his mistakes.

The installers were courteous
The installers were courteous, and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was for my easy access. They cleaned up their mess, both inside and out. I was very pleased. My walk in shower is exactly what we need to safely bathe.
