We have used out new shower a few times but now the doors are starting to leak water onto the floor. It is beautiful I am planning to call the company later this week. The doors are very uneven no matter how they are positioned

The new wall panels and curbed floor are of good quality and the final product installed looks good. The big problem was with the demolition and rebuild process that occurred. There was no good preplanning, and multiple issues arose that were never mentioned beforehand. Minimal existing floor protection was installed and that was only after we demanded that the route to the upstairs bathroom be covered to protect our carpeting. No dust control measures were put in place except using the exhaust fan in the bathroom which is now probably has a limited lifespan due to all the dust run through it. The demolition work was more like a demolition derby where the only thing that mattered was minimizing the time spent and ignoring potential damage to our house. I am positive that there will be numerous latent problems that come up in the future that I'm sure will be disputed in any warranty claim. And we were left to clean up all the dust created from this work. The installer didn't even bring a vacuum along for proper cleanup. The shower set-up provided is a complete failure and not what was promised. We expected an ADA compliant setup that will properly service my impaired wife. Instead, we got a $3 plastic diverter valve located 6 ft above the floor to address her issues (which she has no chance to reach). The handheld showerhead setup is awful and incompatible with the new slide bar. For those reasons I am positve that I will never use this firm again or recommend them to anybody.

I had requested 3 times by telephone for an additional grab bar to be installed based on safety needs. The person I contacted, the sales rep. for your product, despite voice mail pleadings to call me, never responded to any of my calls. I indicated that I would pay the extra part and labor costs. The stair lift and the walk-in shower are great. The low review is due to the delays in installing the shower. Also it was to be installed in 1 day, but it took 3 days to install.

My chair lift stopped working. So I called customer service and was told I would receive an answer up to 24 hrs. Well I waited and no one called. So I called the Regional Operations Manager Lee Godley who contacted someone in customer service. They agreed to come and service the chair on a Saturday. No one called, no one came. So I had to wait until Monday, no service or calls on weekends! By then my chair had been out of service for 8 days. Finally on Tuesday late evening someone came and installed a new chair lift satisfactorily. Not a very good service review because of the time factor and the fact that a service call was not performed as stated. Catherine Pendergraft

After two months I’m still waiting on two more shelves for my bathroom after I was told it would only be two weeks.I did a follow up call and was they were ordered but I still haven’t heard back from anyone I paid for therefore I should have them the man I talked to was very rude.

I hired these people to build a shower. They don’t return calls. They left without installing the shower seat & didn’t have a matching bar for the shower door. I got tired calling them to finish the job.

After first sub contractor installed everything a few months later shelves came loose. Calls they sent out a second sub contractor who was terrible. He put shelves on said wall was not square took whatever he used to put shelves on. Used blue tape to hold a shelf on. It didn’t work he did recalling around shower base etc. charged us $100 for caulking job it was so bad. I sent a letter to main office letting them know I wanted a refund. Got a call sent out a third contractor. He sent his crew out to replace all of their product. I do have to say it is better so far. But I am not sure I would recommend them.
