Sales rep was terrific. Install was perfect. Knowledgeable installer who cleaned up very well. Also gave detailed operation instructions and guided first time use. Only reason I gave a 4 … rating. Confusion on replacement battery. Sales rep said you buy on line and installer said you call office to set up replacement. Also, scheduling set up morning install and in reality it was switched to afternoon and nobody informed me. After a 1–1/2 hour morning wait , I called sales rep and he had scheduling call and inform me about the switch. The chair lift is the cream of the crop and highly recommend it. You are a terrific company!!

I could not understand the workers. They couldn’t speak English. My son-in-law came by and called the lead on the crew that was hardy here and told him some things that need to be done. We loved our salesman, William Davis. The worse thing was the floor of the shower was so slippery I couldn’t use it until someone rolled grit on the floor and I waited three days to use it after the grit was put down.

Service was excellent! The gentlemen were efficient and timely. However, cleanup was not completed.

Everything is wonderful and working as expected. Unfortunately they overcharged $200.00 and have yet to return the overcharge.

They are very slow to responding to returning phone calls.

I generally happy with the shower install. Was done in one day. There were some miner issues hopefully will be taken care of.

The young man that installed our shower was wonderful, prompt and capable. Installation took 2 days and result is beautiful. My only complaint would be that the glass door entrance is too narrow. I think this is because the 2 sliding glass doors are too wide for the shower door opening.
