We feel that it was overpriced, but that's on us. We've never been impulse buyers. The corner shelves are too small. Not sure that the adjustable bar will be of much value. The shower head has 5 settings but not one offers enough water pressure. The hose isn't long enough to reach the chair. I do feel that the installer did a sturdy install.

Installed well product quality excellent. I notified customer service of a problem with door and didn’t receive any response.

I have been deliberately waiting to enter my review. We were impressed with our salesman, Jeff Cummings - he deserves 5 stars. Initially we were impressed with Victor & Justin, our installers. Both knowledgeable and very professional. After the install, everything seemed great. However, after waiting 24 hours for the glues etc to set and to use the unit for the first time - one of the "Hand bars" covers came loose and would not stay up; the shower head coupling was leaking; and there was exposed plywood on the floor level of the shower base. We called our installation point of contact and explained the situation - he was very responsive. Victor & Justin came back out, they covered the plywood with base trim; fixed the cover on the handle. Victor explained that the shower head coupling had a crack and they would replace it the following Monday. This service call was on Jan. 7th. We have still not heard from anyone. The showerhead in now totally not usable as it sprays water EVERYWHERE. I have not had a call back or response to any of my messages and am deeply disappointed.

For 10000.00 I would think that the caulking would be better. I pointed it out out but the men said It was "OK' . I'm not a happy camper about it

A 2 day job, turned into 3 cause they didn't get here before 10.30 - 11.00 am. Otherwise they cleaned up their mess everyday.

We signed the contract for the installation of a walk in shower, we felt like we had gotten a good deal. It was installed in the two days we were told. had to wait a day to use it for the caulking to dry, not a problem. When we were able to use the shower I turned the water on and was adjusting the temperature and noticed that the water was pooling in the shower floor when my daughter yelled from the basement to turn the water off as the water was pouring in the basement. Of course we called and the next day a worker came out and fixed it or so we thought. Next time and every time since the shower drain leaks in our basement. Called Customer service 3 days ago and no one has returned our calls and water is still dripping in our laundry room. Customer Service is nice but the contractor is ignoring us.

Installation was average. Looks ok, but caulking could be better. Still don't have the written guarantee.

Although the finished product, thanks to the installer, we were less than impressed with the performance of some of the supporting actors. Names will be spared, but honesty is still the best policy.
