The Installers were Great
The install went well, and the installers were courteous and took great care to keep the area clean. We were a little disappointed in the quality of the surround. It has some waves in it (I think due to how it is glued to the wall). Also, the color sample was not a good representation of the actual color. The surround is much darker gray than the sample we were showed. All and all the walk-in shower was a nice addition to the master bathroom.

well done, now thats its done
The quality of the materials are excellent, the quality of the installers knowledge and skill is excellent. The professionalism of the installers is fantastic, so careful of their impact upon the rest of the house. I love my new bathroom. only concern is planning of the backup team, often my team was missing a peice or supply and that delayed my installation.

The installation went well had a dent…
The installation went well had a dent in wall which the installer repaired. The chair was very smooth riding up and down, but the weekend it started squeeking and little knocking noises. I have called regarding the noise.
