a job that i thought was to take 1 day took over a week. the installer showed up late the first day and then had one excuse after another for not being able to work on my project.the second day was not much better. finally the second week i ask that another installer be assigned. that team worked all day and finished that evening. the only problem with the finished job was the shower curtian was hung about 7ft high my wife is 5"2'. now a few months later i have mould or mildew at the bottom of the wall where the shower wall and floor pan meet and it cannot be cleaned off

I had a shower replaced and the job was alright. Not what I expected for the price. My wall and baseboard was damaged and the contractor had to be called back to fix a leaking shower head and the shelves. Lesson learned!

They promised a day and a half install Instead it took 4 days. The installer left my driveway a mess. I thought it was oil from his truck he said it was dirt ,anyway it is still on the driveway and I have to wait for warmer weather to clean it. We just had that driveway done and I wasn't happy. The install is ok, one of the shelves is crooked and I pointed it out but he said it was so the water could drain. The other one is not crooked. so don't know what to believe. I also was the one to initiate this sale so I would appreciate any communications be addressed to me. Thanks Judy Jensen

Corey did a great job putting in my shower on Jan 17th. I do like my shower ...... However they provided him the wrong shower drain plate, chrome when it should had been an oil rubbed bronze. There are "markings" on the central shower wall, and at very bottom of central wall, toward the shower drain, there's a blue marking and lastly, about 5-6 scratches on the shower rim of the flooring that needs to be resolved. Hayden came out 2/1 to see the "issues" and I haven't heard fr him or anyone since after telling me that I'll be hearing fr him or someone in couple days. Today is 2/8. Had called yesterday & left message & called this afternoon and finally spoke to Melissa. Hopefully I'll get a call back tonite or I'll be calling tomorrow

Takes too long to fill and I run out of hot water before it fill so I basically still taking a shower

I cannot fully tell you the final result for I’m still waiting for my shower door. As far as the shower itself I’m pleased, but for a safety feature the floor of the shower is quite slippery and without the hand holds I would not be comfortable. As far as the first person to come out I really feel that their presentation lacked. The second person to come and measure, I wish I would have had another person with me I wasn’t sure what his thoughts were. (A 80 something year old lady who has never done this doesn’t get it) I took their word for it. As far as the person that came to install said shower - he was a very nice talkative man and said that’s what they told me to do. I was not impressed with him. Said the job would be maybe a day and a half but ended up three days. The second installer fixed the shelf and added the second and measured for the door. He gave me the impression that he knew what he was doing. Other than that I do like the shower.

Shower curtain rod cut to size but too short and it will not stay up. Falls down while taking shower and neat impossible to get to stay in place. Also trip replaced at base of shower was broken with rough edges and not cut cleanly. Left shovings and shrapnel all over driveway. Actual shower looks good.

The installer didn't use any plumber's tape on any threaded joints, cross threaded one joint, and when I turned on the water, everything in the bathroom got wet, except the shower. I called and he was supposed to come fix the problem, however, he was a no show and didn't even bother calling, although he told his boss that he did. I won't be doing any more business with Leaf.
