This was the worst experience I have ever had. The work that was done was unsatisfactory. I am not happy at all with the work that was done. No one from Leaf Home Safety Solutions contacted me after the work was done. Very poor customer service. I would never use them again for anything.

Sucks shifty service cannot deceiver working one

Set up the wrong materials, Take a long time to contact manager, long time to response, and no thing happen after a month of installation

Pan caulking did not take in a 5 inch section,just liquid,was getting ready for my first shower,contacted Victor,asked him to mail me a tube(needed a color match)he said would be easier to drop one off,Chris Sanchez never showed up,contacted Victor again,no response this time,Installer did not have warranty with him,advised it would be emailed, that was May 17th,this review June 5th!

I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone!! The only reason we hired them is because they said they could do the bathroom redo in a certain time frame. We hired them in late fall and wanted the project started and finished in April. It had to be finished before May because of my upcoming surgery on my foot. We were also gone for the winter and returned home April 1. They called me in March and said they have the materials were ready to start. Explain to them need to schedule April. April 6th date set. They didn't show up for the job, no phone calls. After many calls from my end the said materials not in coming tomorrow. They finally started April14. Big sale pitch was it was to be finished in two days, IT WAS NOT. The installers were excellent. Then the shower door was the wrong size. After many, many phone calls FROM ME, they said it was to be in a week, IT TOOK A MONTH! May 18th the day before my major ankle surgery it was completed. The floor is not solid and can feel it , same with the walls, certain spots you can push in and not a solid wall. No one ever gave a final inspection or phone call to see if everything was finished ! OVER PRICED, $10,000 PROJECT , LESS THAN $2000 IN MATERIALS. Consumer BEWARE!!! Shop around, deal with your local builders, I didn't!!!!

The shower is great, but installation was not as advertised. It took over almost a week for the crew to compete installation and they were not reliable with when they said they would be there or when they would finish. They had multiple jobs and I was a “fit in.” They were not knowledgeable about products. My dad and I had to adjust the spout so I had hot water and fix the water saver feature from the hose/wand so I could have water pressure. Crew were unable/unwilling to fix both of these. There were other hiccups that I won’t go into detail about and assume we’re just a fluke but the installation was not a positive experience. So far the shower has been alright. It is easy to clean, like the wand. Shelves are nice. I’m not sure I would use this company again and I would not recommend to my friends.

Very poor customer service post the initial attempt.The wrong shower door was initially ordered and the company was aware and installed a sliding door. I refused it and it took 3-4 weeks to get another door. Second installer came to install the right door and stated he had to leave to take care of another dissatisfied customer who was raising hell with him about not completing her job. Third attempt to install the door was scheduled. Finally got the right door install. The shower looks great but it was too many visits to my house and the process took too long.

At the sale, I signed several papers with your firm granting me a loan to pay for the balance of the renovation. I gave you the required down payment on my credit card. Upon completion of the work, the company applied the entire balance, over $11,000.00 on my credit card which is 7 or 8 per cent higher in interest than the loan I signed. Thank God I had a high balance card that could accept that kind of charge
