I am highly displeased with the performance of this organization. I will not recommend this company as they have made excuses why someone did not show up two days in a row, and then when they brought in an installer from another location, there was adhesive all through my new wooden floors. The so-called completed shower had fingerprints on all walls and safety bars, and the shower tray was filthy. There was dust all over the toilet, and to top it off, the shower door was damaged, so I am delayed another week for them to complete the job. The panels installed are scratched as well. I am a patient man, and the truth is, I will never recommend this company to anyone else in any part of the country. To be fair, a manager is here today, July 19, 2022, to clean up the adhesive residue, clean the shower, and complete the faucet installation. Oh yes, the pipes now rattle. I hear, "we will make it right," however, the cost of over $10,000 for this installation will never take away the memories of how this entire project unfolded. The displeasure with Leaf Home Safety Solutions continued. My shower door was installed on Thursday, July 21st. The installed door was not the product I purchased which was a frameless shower door. I insisted to the manager it was not what I ordered, and I met with emphatic responses that it was. The LHSS website displays a frameless shower door. Very disappointed with the final product and I had had enough problems and settled for the stainless steel door unit. Besides the door needing to be leveled, it looks good. The problem is the shower unit itself is not complete regardless of the attempts to repair it by the local manager here in Indianapolis. He tried for over four hours to take the faucet apart and reassemble it to no avail. It is now July 26th, and I have heard nothing from Leaf Home Safety Solutions, so I am still without a shower. Because of the uncertainty of the plumbing that had been done, I proceeded to call Mr. ******* in ************ to give a second opinion of both the shower faucet and the shower pan plumbing that LHSS had completed. ****************** discovered that the shower pan and plumbing are leaking as it was not installed correctly. Since I had an appointment with my son, I had to invite the ************ manager to leave. The Indy manager shared he would call on Friday to set a time to complete the work, which was to finish caulking that needed completing, the faucet reattached to the wall and repaired, and a thorough cleaning ready for me to use. At 68, with a heart condition, I have never incurred such negligence on the part of LHSS. I requested a time to speak with the regional manager on 7/25/22 but have not heard back from him. All I want is a product that I can depend upon for years to come, and I am at a point I need to hire someone to finish it because I get no return calls. I honored the contract I signed and paid for the work completed and unfortunately, Leaf Home Safety Solutions did not honor theirs.

Over priced!

This rating program is not good. It kicked me out once and lost all the info I just typed in. I had a bad installer, Maurice who did not clean up after himself for any of the 3 days he was here doing the master bath shower. He left large sharp pieces of tile, drywall, sheet rock in our bedroom, hall, foyer & bathroom. Luckily my dog didn't cut her food. Also caught him sitting on my washer and found boot marks on my washer from possibly standing on it to do drain work in the ceiling instead of asking for a ladder. Luckily my washer was not broken. Installer also reversed hot and controls on the shower. Also over used a cleaning agent that smelled so bad I got physically ill. There was so much dust and debris we could not sleep in our bedroom for 3 days. We had to do all cleaning for the days he was here. Then my wood floor was damage. I scheduled repairs but no one showed up at the scheduled time. I had to reschedule. This time Trent came out. He warned me he was good at floors, but not plumbing. Luckily only needed to fix the mixer that was installed wrong. He did do a great job fixing the floor. I am expecting a discount after all the issues we endured with the installation process. I recommend you train your employees better and make sure they know what is required of them when they leave each day. Also make sure workers are trained in all areas of repair.

I was happy that I could have my bathroom remodeled as soon as possible but there has and still are complications. Nobody has called me back in 3 days about when it can be fixed.

Installer did not provide the right base measurements as stated in the work order actual measurements is 60”x26” work order stated at 60”x30”.

Still waiting for someone to come make the shower safe to use. I have called many times and keep getting told they are working on it but it has been two weeks and no one is calling me back. I am sorry I had this installed.

I am giving you 1 star because I requested an itemized receipt or ANY RECEIPT, and I never received one. I made the request more than once. I feel if I cannot receive a receipt for my payment, you cannot receive a review GOOD or BAD.
