My experience was horrible. I was told they would put tile in the shower. Didn't get it. I was told they would put in a pedestal sink and if there was no tile they would match it the best they could. Didn't get it. They said if I buy the toilet they would put it in. Well I had to call them after they said it was complete. They also said they were putting a seat for my husband to sit on. That is a joke. My husband can't walk and he surely couldn't sit that low. I had to pay over $4000.00 more than what the VA provided. I thought this was a good company. I should have went with the first man that came in. When the rep came out he told me they were going to do all this and guess what? I am not a happy customer.

CONVERSION OF GARDEN TUB TO WALK IN SHOWER: I purchased based on what the salesman promised. He said the old drywall on all three side would be replaced floor to ceiling with green board. Did NOT happen. Back walk not replaced. Each end walk only replaced on bottom half. He sold me a 32 inch pan to replace my 42 inch garden tub. The supervisor that came out for the pre-inspection upgraded to a 36 inch. It still ended up being 6 1/2 inches more narrow than the garden tub. This left a 6 1/2 inch gap between wall and the floor leaving the sub floor exposed in front of the shower. Now I have a 60 inch by 6 1/2 inch gap of sub floor exposed. The grab bars he showed me when he came to our house were super high quality and heavy duty. He said I couldn't buy this quality at Lowes or Home Depot. Well they ended up not installing the sample he showed me, but cheap light weight ones. I ask the salesman if they used sub-contractors and he said "no". He said everyone was Leaf Home employees. This turned out NOT to be true. The person that did the installation was a sub-contractor and not a Leaf Home employee. When the plumbing was done for the drain the ceiling/drywall below the drain collapsed and all the dust and debre fell into our closet downstairs beneath the drain. It took 3 hours for me to clean this up NOT the installer. One person showed up for the install. I ask if he had any help and he said "no". In my opinion this was way too big a job for one person, especially what I was being charged. He worked 12 hours the first day with no break or lunch and was totally exhausted. The second day 12 hours again and I fed him lunch so he would not be hungry. The job was too overwhelming for one person with no helper. I feel this contributed to lesser quality work. I told the salesman initially that I wanted a low profile and ended up with a 5 inch step up. NOT exactly what I was expecting. Also I don't believe the sales tactic used is exactly ethical. At the end of his sales pitch he said I can ONLY give you this price now! When I walk out the door I can't give this price again. Based on the promises he made we made the purchase which I regret now.

I purchased a walk in shower from Leaf Home Safety Solutions 7/16/22. The salesman assured me that they were the manufacturers, suppliers and installers. I scheduled the demolition and installation for 8/9/22. When the installers didn't show up I called the Ohio office and found that it never made it to the schedule. We rescheduled for 8/16/22. The crew was 4 hrs. late and worked about 4 hrs. and left. They said they would be there at 9 the next morning but didn't arrive till 11:30. They left at 2:30 without saying anything. They did not show up 8/18. Once again I had to call. The crew did not show up 8/19/22 but called me at 10:00 AM and said they would be there in 2 Hrs. They did not show nor did they remember talking to me earlier. A new crew was scheduled for 9/22/22. They did show and seemed somewhat responsible. They are not done yet. I would not recommend Leaf Safety Solutions to anyone. Overpriced and deffinetly undependable.

Sales and construction people very unresponsive. Took over a month to complete with all the damage that was done. Product definitely not worth the money.

Horrible! The first guy came out and took 3 days to completely screw everything up. Took weeks for someone to come out and fix it. He had to tear the whole thing out and redo it. Next day, before we can even use it, it started leaking into my basement. Another guy comes out, says the leak isn't that bad, someone will be out to fix it in 2 days. After he left water started pouring out of the wall in the basement so we had to shut the water off. So we've been without water for 2 days waiting for this guy to fix it and he doesn't show up! No one is answering their phone and I need water.

Not very happy with outcome of project. Seller stated that we could have items installed such as the mixing valve with the grab handle and was not installed, designer came and spent time designing the shower for the product and where they were suppose to be placed, installers showed up a day later, worked two hours and then left, the next day the installers did not show because of an unscheduled court appearance and the final day on Friday the installers showed with a different individual. Worked till 6:00 never installed a grab bar and was cohearced into signing the COC with all yes’s or else they weren’t leaving. I signed the COC with question number 1 as a no because the mixing valve we discussed with the seller was not installed, the design from company was not utilized by the installer and we now have the grab bar to install since my mother has fallen twice in this shower since it was redone.

delivery was a month and a half late Installation had to take two days still not happy with the way it works creaking and cracking and popping

Disappointed with the quality of materials. Very cheap.
