I love our new walk-in shower. I am not giving it five stars because the finish work after insertion of the shower was less that satisfactory. We have a very old house and the wall outside of the shower was damaged with the removal of the old tile. The plaster job was not well done, and we will have to have someone in to plaster as well as paint.

We are happy with the walk in shower overall. The installer was a very nice guy and was courteous about what he was working on & when & how things were going. The shower us very nice & clean lined. We have not heard from anyone since the install. We have one issue & I will be calling the rep about it. It is about the "Bench" in the shower. What we received is not as pictured in any of the brochures.

We love our new walk-in shower! The salesman was very personable and knowledgeable. From the time we signed contract until installation was only 5 days. The crew was concerned about not making a mess. They asked questions about where we wanted grab bars, shower head height, Crew was very polite and finished in 1-1/2 days. We are enjoying the new shower very much.

Had a steel bathtub removed and put in a shower. The job was done right. Love it!

Had to wait longer than I expected for shower to come in. Installation was great. They showed up on time and everything was clean when they left. Very polite. Only thing I would have changed would have been to add another shelf.

Installation was good the guys were very nice. Not able to get good service which is very disappointing. Been waiting on clips for my towel rack for 3 weeks now no one ever calls us back very disappointing and now I have a jet that is out hopefully someone will get back to us soon.

The installation of our stair lift went flawlessly and the machinery works fine.

Everything was fine. The only thing I want to share with you is when my address information was input, my apartment number was left out. That resulted in the Wells Fargo card being lost somewhere. I contacted them and a new account had to be set up. The original card had to be canceled. Just letting you know as a reminder to be detail oriented when inputting information. I do not know if it happened on your end or Wells Fargo. With this exception we had a good experience.
