Remodeling is never easy be it a large or small job. It’s to be expected that there will be some bumps in the road. How those bumps were managed during our process is why we rated so low. Communication is so important, to making a situation right. Our install did not go smoothly, there was damage to product, and poor install was done. Eventually things were fixed, but not without delays, excuses and frustration. Our project started on August 8, and as of today September 30, we have a door that is slightly damaged and my text messages to multiple people within this company to get it fixed, have gone unanswered. This was not an inexpensive project, and I expected things to be perfect. They weren’t, they still are not, and they don’t care to make it right. It is unfortunate and I am only speaking the truth, as I would not want anyone else to experience the things that we did. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking to have a shower remodel done.

The first time we used the newly installed shower, which looked very nice, water came gushing through the ceiling of the kitchen below. NOT GOOD What is even less good is we have called daily and only the sales person has returned our calls. Thomas, the project manager (not sure if that's the correct title) has not returned our calls and we are understandably greatly concerned

Review: Where to start! First of all everything that was ordered for our new shower that was delivered was wrong. Sizes were wrong, materials wrong, color of the fixtures wrong and no shower door. Since the old tub and shower was torn out they had to install the new / wrong materials as husband had major surgery and needed to be able to use the shower albeit not what was ordered. Materials were reordered and we had to wait a few more weeks for the replacement materials. They came back tore out original new materials and redid with the new materials which were the correct materials the second time except for 1 big item which was the glass door. Although they did offer some upgrades with the second delivery when the glass door was installed it came as bit of a shock at the inferior quality of the door. Very thin glass, not frameless as ordered, not coated glass to prevent spots as ordered, magnet on door failed in a few days. water leaks under tiny track that hold the glass at the base. Glass is wobbly and looks like it belongs in a very low end builder grade house. I honestly can say that Mark the installer and his crew did a great job work wise so t here is no issue with him or the work . The workers were friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves. It is the quality of the door, multiple big mistakes on the order + having to go through the mess and clean up of tear outs twice and all the noise and chaos 2 x. For what we paid for the job which was top dollar we expected more in the door quality and certainly a whole lot less in the way of mistakes. Have contacted the company about the door an no response back yet. I have checked doors at depot and Lowes and even their low end frameless shower doors are better quality than what we received. Very disappointing and costly experience.

...that was a nightmare from start to finish. Despite my warnings, the ceiling below the shower was breached from a leak. I was assured that any leaks would be fixed. My kitchen ceiling will always have non-matching section where the leak was. The company send one man to install the shower so the job took three days, not the promised one day. The final shower is two to three inches smaller than the size stated on the contract. When I mentioned this to the install supervisor, I was told that "that's the way the pan is measured." Apparently, to Leaf, 30 inches equals 33 inches. I would not ever recommend this company.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions lied, mislead and lied some more about what we were going to get with this stairlift. Every time we discovered a new layer of deception, we were told that the person who had lied to us was no longer with the company but it didn’t seem to matter how far up the food chain we went, it was more lies. This business hides behind a contract that protects only them and is downright predatory to the elderly population it works with. We relied on partial truths at best and outright lies at worst. Would love to find a class action suit against these predators to join. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER.

My experience was bad because the guy who installed my bathtub was rude and no have a good performance also he made me pay more money out of pocket just because he didn’t do the job perfectly 😏

Terrible, instead of a day which I was told how long it would take, took much longer. Everyday contractor came later and later in the morning up to noon. First contractor made a mess, shower had to be redone, before it was complete. We found card board for them to walk on to save my carpet from getting dirt tracked on it, they didn't have anything to put on my carpet. Not professional

Very bad will not recommend this company to anyone.
